    John Murphy assessed me remotely, via FaceTime, and gave me exercises to treat my hip that got me back in training for the half-marathon I'm running May 7. Three weeks ago, I was in so much pain that I could barely walk up and down the steps. Today, I ran 9 miles completely pain-free! I feel great and will continue to stretch throughout my training over the next 8 weeks. Without his expertise and kind treatment, I feel like I'd still be in pain and would not be back to this level of training. Thanks so much Core!
